The Pierrepont Players is a collaborative group of friends exploring informal community music-making. Combining aspects of Musicians Without Borders peace-building and elements from the Curious Collaborative Creativity approach, we celebrate improvisational "musicking" experiences with others.
Details of the events will shared below and on The Pierrepont Players Facebook Page. Our current list of gatherings and workshops are listed here ---> We also are available for leading collaborative music-making at your own private occasion or event, including Caron officiating at wedding ceremonies. Play Music on the Porch Day!
You are invited to celebrate our 5th Annual Play Music on the Porch Day on Saturday, August 30th from 2:00 to 5:00 pm. Come share your music in a friendly atmosphere where our porch is the stage for musicking fun! All types and genres of music are welcomed and celebrated including folk, jazz, rock, classical, indigenous, and others. Plenty of percussion instruments to enjoy, while we play and sing along together in community. No music to share? That's okay, too. Instead, bring a picnic style dish or beverage for this potluck style event. For location and directions, please email us.
